Can I return my product?
Yes! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply send us an email at info@shopmavela.com to start a return.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Yes! Our products come with a 12 month warranty. If you have quality issues with any of our products within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the product for free.
When will my mat order arrive?
Orders are usually shipped in less than 2 days from purchase and arrive in most states within 3 business days.
If you mat was ordered on pre-order, you can check the product page for arrival expectations. You will also receive bi-weekly emails with updated delivery expectations as we receive them.
When will my loungewear order arrive?
Our loungewear is all made it order. Each piece is made within 5-7 days of purchase and shipped with 3 day shipping. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

Which mat is right for me?
What mat is right for you will depend on your needs. Both the premium-grip and microfiber suede mats are both non-slip but the premium-grip provides additional support that can be beneficial to newer yogis. It is also 2 mm thicker than the suede mat and 1 lb heavier. The microfiber suede mat is machine washable, whereas the premium-grip mat is not.
