Both the premium-grip and microfiber suede mats are both non-slip but the premium-grip provides additional support that can be beneficial to newer yogis. It is also 2 mm thicker than the suede mat and 1 lb heavier. The microfiber suede mat is machine washable, whereas the premium-grip mat is not.
