A new year calls for fresh motivation! As we head back into work, school, and other routines, many of us come with a newfound spark to becoming our best selves. Help keep each other accountable with community wellness challenges! Grab your co-workers, friends, family, and others to try one of these challenges:
- Digital Detox: Spend 24 hours unplugged to reconnect with yourself.
- Mindful Lunch: Lunch for many of us can mean the nearest grab and go option. Focus on being mindful, preparing a healthy and mindful lunch at home. More nutritious meals with less spend!
- Hydration Tracker: Detox and rehydrate from the holiday season! Challenge your community to drink 8 glasses (64 oz) of water every day all month long!
- Gratitude Challenge: Start the new year with a positive attitude. Write down one thing you’re thankful for each day of the month.
- New Hobby Challenge: Winter can be a time we have to retreat from a lot of our favorite hobbies. That gives us the opportunity to try new ones! Pick a new hobby you want to try and go for it this month!
